I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in person was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and represented great value for money. It was also very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a bar area that served excellent food. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops, bars, and Solihull town centre, all within walking distance. Additionally, it was only a short drive away from the NEC and Birmingham International Airport. The staff, in general, were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of Solihull, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the dining options available, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site. The hotel provided excellent services, including room service, dry cleaning, and a wake-up service. The location was excellent, with convenient parking and a vibrant high street nearby. The reception staff, especially Annette, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite a busy day, Annette went out of her way to assist me with a key card issue. The room itself was stunning, with a beautiful art deco design, plenty of space, and a lovely view of the nearby church. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

The venue is fabulous, clean and the location is prime short walk to the town centre and the main roads and shops. Such a friendly service too. It also has free internet and secure parking. Everything is good, we really enjoyed this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities including a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and pots and pans. The shower was powerful and always had hot water. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the metro and only 2 stops away from the city center. There was a supermarket right across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel had a beautiful rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing before heading out for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning service provided fresh towels and made the beds daily.
